多点测温法在煤自燃动力学分析中的应用研究

摘要 论文介绍了多种不同的煤自燃实验测试方法,使用多点测温法对煤自燃过程中的活化能进行测定,并在理论和实验上分别与金属网篮法、Chen-CPT(cross points temperature)方法和Jones-HR(heat release)方法进行应用比较分析.结果表明:金属网篮法的实验耗时长、耗材多;Chen-CPT方法受系统的不完全对称影响容易造成结果偏差;Jones-HR方法忽略了试样本身热扩散的影响;多点测温法能够有效规避其他方法的大部分不足之处,其理论模型具有更好的科学性,实验简便易行,结果可信性更高,在煤自燃参数测试中具有良好的适用性. This paper introduces many different experimental test methods of coal spontaneous combustion,and uses multi-point temperature measurement method to measure the activation energy in the process of coal spontaneous combustion.The proposed multi-point temperature measurement method is then compared with metal basket method,Chen-CPT(Cross points temperature)and Jones-HR(Heat release)method,respectively,in theory and experiment.The results show that the experiment by metal basket method is both time-consuming and materialconsuming;Chen-CPT method is likely to cause deviation due to the incomplete symmetry of the system;Jones-HR method ignores the influence of thermal diffusion of the sample.The multi-point temperature measurement method can effectively avoid most of the shortcomings of other methods.Its theoretical model is more scientific,the experiment is simple and easy,and the results are more reliable.It has good applicability in the measurement of coal spontaneous combustion parameters.
