摘要
分析了氯乙烯单体中氯化氢含量高的原因,采取了一系列措施降低氯化氢含量,包括提高净化工序的处理能力、降低压缩机后氯乙烯气体温度、单独处理回收氯乙烯、减少氯乙烯单体中的水含量等。
The reasons for the high hydrogen chloride content in vinyl chloride monomer were analyzed.A series of measures were taken to reduce the hydrogen chloride content,including improving the processing capacity of purification process,reducing the temperature of vinyl chloride gas flowing from compressor,treating the recovered vinyl chloride separately,and reducing water content in vinyl chloride monomer.
