PVC drying process and the working principle of a centrifuge were introduced.A comprehensive analysis was conducted from the aspects of process control,operation,maintenance and upkeep to address issues such as blocked discharge ports,spiral tears,frequent differential failures,main motor current exceeding rated current,and product output not meeting design requirements.An optimized operation plan was developed to ensure the normal and efficient operation of the centrifuge.
