基于人工智能时代的智慧馆员能力重构及角色转换策略

Ability Reconstruction and Role Transformation Strategy of Intelligant Librarions Based on the Era of Artificial Intelligence

人工智能时代,智慧图书馆建设过程中智慧馆员需要能力重构和角色转换,本文通过分析智慧图书馆服务特点和智慧服务的必要,提出智慧馆员需要信息管理能力、用户画像能力、技术开发能力和人文感知能力的能力构建,并在工作中提供智慧服务完成情报员、读心人、搭建者的角色转换。

In the era of artificial intelligence,the intelligent librarians should reconstruct their abilities and transfer their roles as well to meet the needs during the process of building intelligent libraries.Based on an analysis on the characteristics of intelligent library services and the necessity of intelligent services,some suggestions are proposed in this paper on how to reconstruct the librarians' abilities of information management,user profile,technology development and human perception,and transfer their roles of intelligence agent,listener and builder through providing intelligent service to the readers.
