摘要
高校实践育人工作中,实践活动的开展与创新是实践育人的基础,充分尊重学生的主体性是实践育人的保障,学生的价值取向与人格追求是实践育人的动力。高校扎实推进实践育人工作应当关注学生参与的主体性,充分调动学生作为实践主体的积极性,设计以学生专业发展为重点的实践活动,结合学生的特性精准育人,为培育“学思用贯通,知信行统一”的时代新人,提升实践育人质量,促进大学生思想政治素质发展贡献重要力量。
In the work of practice education in universities,the development and innovation of practical activities are the foundation of practice education,fully respecting students’subjectivity is the guarantee of practice education,and students’value orientation and personality pursuit are the driving force of practice education.To solidly promote the work of educating students through practice,universities should pay attention to the subjectivity of students’participation,fully mobilize students’enthusiasm as the main body of practice,design practical activities with a focus on students’professional development,and accurately educate students in combination with their characteristics.This will contribute an important force to cultivating new talents of the era who are“integrated in learning,thinking,and application,and unified in knowledge,belief,and action”,improving the quality of practice education,and promoting the development of college students’ideological and political qualities.
