沂蒙精神代际传承是用好红色资源,深入开展社会主义核心价值观宣传教育的重要渠道。面临年轻一代对红色文化认知有限、传承动力不足、代际文化差异导致红色基因协同创新不足等问题,红色基因代际传承不仅需要制度保障,还需依托组织机制创新推进社会力量协同,增强全民红色文化认同。临沭县朱村作为沂蒙精神代际相传的典型,以红色文化认同为基石,在思想引领、载体传承、文旅融合、渠道创新等方面协同创新,立足红色文化旅游项目和乡村振兴项目,丰富了政府主导、企业主体、市场运作、群众参与的项目运作经验,开创了“党建引领践行沂蒙精神,红色展馆承载沂蒙精神,模范先锋诠释沂蒙精神,创新传承开拓沂蒙精神”的朱村模式,为推进与实现沂蒙精神全代际传承提供启示。

The inter-generational inheritance of the Yimeng Spirit is an important channel to effectively utilize the red resources and promote the core socialist values.Issues such as less knowledge of red culture among the younger generations,weak motivation and flabby collaborative innovation due to the inter-generational cultural differences should be settled by creating institutional regulations to inherit the red genes and relying on mechanistic innovations to promote the social collaboration and enhance the identification of red culture.Zhucun Village in Linshu County,is a typical example of inter-generational inheritance of the Yimeng Spirit.Employing red culture as its foundation and makes collaborative innovation in aspects of ideological guidance,carriers for inheritance,integration of culture and tourism and new channels and relying on the projects of red culture tourism and rural revitalization,it create a Zhucun village model of practicing the Yimeng Spirit through the Party building,promoting it with red exhibitions,making it known by excellent figures and expanding its influence with reform and innovation,as greatly enriches the experience of the government as dominant and the enterprises as subjects in running the market and provide inspirations to fulfill the inter-generational inheritance of the Yimeng Spirit.
