在全球气候变化的背景下,碳达峰碳中和战略已成为国际社会的共识。我国作为全球最大的温室气体排放国,也积极响应了这一战略目标。旨在探讨我国天然气在碳达峰碳中和战略中的能源优势,并提出相关的发展建议。通过基于政策视角和机构视角的分析,以及对其清洁、发展潜力、储量、应用等方面的评估,得出了天然气在“双碳”目标实现上的关键作用,并提供了双碳背景下天然气能源发展建议,包括积极稳妥地推进天然气价格改革、优化化石能源消费结构、推进电气化、提升“气电化”和加强科研和技术创新等,以支持我国在碳达峰碳中和的道路上取得更多进展。

In the context of global climate change,the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy has become a consensus in the international community.As the world’s largest emitter of greenhouse gases,China has also actively responded to this strategic goal.Aims to explore the energy advantages of natural gas in China’s carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategy,and propose relevant development suggestions.Through analysis based on policy and institutional perspectives,as well as assessments of cleanliness,development potential,reserves,and applications,the key role of natural gas in achieving the“dual carbon”goal has been identified.Suggestions for the development of natural gas energy in the context of dual carbon have been provided,including actively and steadily promoting natural gas price reform,optimizing fossil energy consumption structure,promoting electrification,enhancing“gas electrification”,and strengthening scientific research and technological innovation,to support China’s progress in achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
