“双碳”背景下的水利水电工程碳足迹评价研究

摘要 随着全球气候变化的加剧和碳减排的迫切需求,各国纷纷提出了减少碳排放、实现碳中和的目标。在这一背景下,水利水电工程作为重要的能源供应和水资源管理方式,其碳排放对于实现低碳经济和可持续发展具有重要影响。水利水电工程在建设和运营过程中会产生一定的碳排放,包括能源消耗、材料使用、运输排放等。因此,对水利水电工程的碳足迹进行评价研究,可以帮助了解工程的碳排放情况,为减排措施的制定提供科学依据。同时,水利水电工程作为清洁能源的重要来源,其发展与碳减排目标的实现密切相关。基于此,以九江水利枢纽水利水电工程为例,探索其在“双碳”背景下的碳足迹评价,促进水利水电工程在碳减排和可持续发展方面发挥更大的作用。 With the intensification of global climate change and the urgent need for carbon reduction,countries have proposed the goal of reducing carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality.In this context,as an important energy supply and water resource management method,water conservancy and hydropower projects have a significant impact on carbon emissions for achieving low-carbon economy and sustainable development.Water conservancy and hydropower projects generate certain carbon emissions during construction and operation,including energy consumption,material use,transportation emissions,etc.Therefore,conducting evaluation research on the carbon footprint of water conservancy and hydropower projects can help understand the carbon emissions of the projects and provide scientific basis for the formulation of emission reduction measures.Meanwhile,as an important source of clean energy,the development of water conservancy and hydropower projects is closely related to the achievement of carbon reduction goals.Based on this,takes the Jiujiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower Project as an example to explore its carbon footprint evaluation in the context of“dual carbon”,promoting the greater role of water conservancy and hydropower projects in carbon reduction and sustainable development.
