基于UG的汽车前车灯检具设计

摘要 为提升汽车零部件的制作精度,设计了一种用于检测汽车前车灯工艺误差的检具装置。利用UG软件对前车灯进行设计,并得到三维模型。根据前车灯结构特点,设计了检具的定位元件。对检具核心部件底板进行选型和结构设计,选用具有良好工艺性能的铸铝作为底座材料。采用切齐检测的方式设计检测块,并与翻转机构连接安装。将主要零件进行装配,得到了检具的总装图。利用UG软件中的有限元分析模块对底板进行有限元分析。计算结果显示,所设计的检具底板强度符合设计要求,其误差在合理区间内。所设计的汽车前车灯检具能快速、准确、便捷地开展误差检测工作,为高品质汽车零部件的生产提供了思路,具有重要的实际指导意义。 In order to improve the manufacturing accuracy of automobile parts,a measuring device for detecting the process error of automobile front lamp has been designed.The front lamp is designed by UG software,and the three-dimensional model is obtained.Based on the structural characteristics of the front light,a positioning component for the inspection tool has been designed.The base plate of the core part of the inspection tool is selected and the structure is designed,and the cast aluminum with good technological properties is selected as the base material.The detection block is designed in the way of alignment detection,and is connected with the turnover mechanism for installation.The main parts are assembled and the assembly drawing of the inspection tool is obtained.Thefinite element analysis module in UG software is used to analyze the base plate.The calculation results show that the designed base plate strength of the inspection tool meets the design requirements,and its error is within a reasonable range.The designed front light inspection tool for automobiles can quickly,accurately,and conveniently carry out error detection work,providing ideas for the production of high-quality automotive components,and has important practical guidance significance.
