“专创融合”视角下医科类高校创新创业人才培养模式研究

Research on Training Model of Innovative and Entrepreneurship Talents in Medical Universities from the Perspective of Integration of Professional Education with Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

“新医科”背景下,专业教育与创新创业教育融合成为新趋势。医科类高校面对新的机遇与挑战,应以学生发展和职业需求为导向,深化高校创新创业教育改革,拓展“专创融合”培养的载体,促进多学科交叉融合,由此形成教育合力。基于“专创融合”视角,分析新时代医科类高校人才培养改革的背景,阐述“专创融合”的内涵和特点,分析创新创业人才培养机制的构建价值,提出优化创新人才培养的范式路径。

In the context of“new medical science”,the integration of professional education with innovation and entrepreneurship education has become the new trend.Faced with new opportunities and challenges,medical universities should take student development and career needs as the guidance,deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education,expand the carriers of the integration training by professional education with innovation and entrepreneurship education,and promote interdisciplinary integration,so as to form an educational synergy.Based on the perspective of integration of professional education with innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper analyzes the background of talent cultivation reform in medical universities in the new era,elaborates on the connotations and characteristics of the integration of professional education with innovation and entrepreneurship education,analyzes the construction value of innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation mechanism,and proposes a paradigm path for optimizing innovation talents cultivation.
