雷火灸联合芒硝外敷促进产钳助产产妇会阴伤口愈合的应用研究

Application research of thunder fire moxibustion combined with glauber's salt external application on promoting the healing of perineal wounds in parturients assisted by forceps delivery

目的探究雷火灸联合芒硝外敷促进产钳助产产妇会阴伤口愈合的应用效果。方法选取120例因产钳助产引发会阴伤口的产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行雷火灸联合芒硝外敷干预。对比两组产妇干预前后会阴伤口肿胀程度、愈合程度、会阴疼痛评分、会阴伤口愈合时间及住院时间。结果干预前,两组产妇会阴伤口肿胀程度、愈合程度、会阴疼痛评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组产妇会阴伤口肿胀程度、会阴伤口愈合程度均优于对照组,观察组产妇会阴疼痛评分(2.07±0.31)分显著低于对照组的(5.56±0.49)分,会阴伤口愈合时间(5.14±0.28)d、住院时间(3.25±0.18)d均显著短于对照组的(7.29±0.46)d、(5.37±0.29)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸联合芒硝外敷促进产钳助产产妇会阴伤口愈合的应用效果显著,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with mirabilite external application on promoting perineal wound healing in postpartum women assisted by forceps delivery.Methods 120 pregnant women with perineal wounds caused by forceps delivery were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,the observation group was given thunder fire moxibustion combined with mirabilite external application intervention on the basis of control group.The perineal wound swelling degree,healing degree,perineal pain score before and after intervention,perineal wound healing time and hospital stay between the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the degree of perineal wound swelling,healing,and perineal pain scores between the two groups of pregnant women(P>0.05).After intervention,the degree of swelling and healing of perineal wounds in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the perineal pain score of the observation group was(2.07±0.31)scores,which was significantly lower than(5.56±0.49)scores of the control group,and the perineal wound healing time and hospital stay were(5.14±0.28)d,(3.25±0.18)d,which were significantly shorter than(7.29±0.46)d and(5.37±0.29)d of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of thunder fire moxibustion and mirabilite external application has a significant effect on promoting the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum women assisted by forceps delivery,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
