蛇床子汤外阴阴道冲洗辅助治疗湿热下注型霉菌性阴道炎的效果分析

Effect analysis of snake bed soup vulvovaginal irrigation in the treatment of damp-heat fungal vaginitis

目的探讨蛇床子汤外阴阴道冲洗辅助治疗湿热下注型霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取30例湿热下注型霉菌性阴道炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为栓剂组和蛇床子汤组,各15例。栓剂组患者采用硝酸咪康唑栓治疗,蛇床子汤组在栓剂组基础上增加蛇床子汤外阴阴道冲洗辅助治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、临床疗效、临床症状、体征消退时间、霉菌转阴及复发情况。结果治疗前,两组湿热下注型阴痒病主症、次症评分和总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组湿热下注型阴痒病主症、次症评分和总分均低于治疗前,且蛇床子汤组低于栓剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。蛇床子汤组总有效率(100%)高于栓剂组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。蛇床子汤组患者阴部瘙痒灼痛、小腹坠胀、腹痛、阴道黏膜水肿充血、白带异常临床症状、体征消退时间均短于栓剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。蛇床子汤组霉菌转阴率(93.33%)高于栓剂组(60.00%),复发率(0)低于栓剂组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蛇床子汤外阴阴道冲洗可有效促进湿热下注型霉菌性阴道炎患者临床症状、体征消退,提升抗感染效果,提高患者霉菌转阴率,并可降低复发风险,疗效可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of snake bed soup vulvovaginal irrigation in the treatment of damp-heat fungal vaginitis.Methods 30 patients with damp-heat type mycotic vaginitis were selected and divided into suppository group and snake bed soup group,15 cases each,according to random number table method.Suppository group was treated with miconazole nitrate suppository,and snake bed soup group was supplemented with suppository group vulvovaginal irrigation with snake bed decoction.TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms and signs fading time,mold negative and recurrence before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of the main and secondary symptoms and the total scores of the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the main and secondary scores and total scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the snake bed soup group was lower than the suppository group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of snake bed soup group(100%)was higher than that of suppository group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to remission of clinical symptoms such as vaginal pruritus burning pain,lower abdominal distension,abdominal pain,vaginal mucosal edema and congestion,and abnormal leucorrhea in the snake bed soup group was shorter than that in the suppository group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mold negative conversion rate(93.33%)in snake bed soup group was higher than that in suppository group(60.00%),and the recurrence rate(0)was lower than that in suppository group(26.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Snake bed soup vulvovaginal irrigation can effectively promote the regression of clinical symptoms and signs in patients with damp-heat type mycotic vaginitis,improve the anti-infection effect,improve the mold conversion rate of patients,and reduce the risk of recurrence.The efficacy is reliable and worthy of clinical promotion.
