二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴不孕症患者的临床疗效研讨

Clinical efficacy of metformin combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility

目的分析二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴不孕症患者的临床效果。方法选取58例多囊卵巢综合征伴不孕症患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各29例。对照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果总有效率对比,试验组93.10%较对照组的72.41%高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组子宫内膜厚度均薄于治疗前,但试验组厚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组排卵率高于对照组,成熟卵泡数多于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率方面两组结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴不孕症,能够获得理想效果,可有效改善患者卵巢功能,减少不良反应发生,安全性可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metformin combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility.Methods 58 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and infertility were selected and divided into control group and experimental group(29 cases each)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone,and the experimental group was treated with metformin on the basis of the control group.The clinical effcacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total efficiency comparison,the test group was 93.10%higher than the 72.41%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of both groups was thinner than that before treatment,but the thickness of trial group was thicker than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and the number of mature follicles in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,there are no statistically significance of the two sets of data differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with ethoestradiol cyproterone in the treatment of infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome can achieve ideal results,effectively improve the ovarian function of patients,reduce adverse reactions,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
