情绪调节自我效能感在妇产科护理学教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的分析在妇产科护理学教学中融入情绪调节自我效能感的实施价值。方法选取本校2021级2个班71名妇产科护理学学生,将班级1纳入对照组(35名),采取传统授课法教学;将班级2纳入观察组(36名),采取情绪调节自我效能感教学。比较两组考试成绩、教学效果及教学满意度。结果观察组产前检查、会阴清洗、宫颈上药、母乳喂养评分均较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组情绪调节能力、情绪调节方法掌握情况、学习兴趣、知识自我总结能力评分均较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度94.44%较对照组的77.14%高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理学教学中融入情绪调节自我效能感可提升教学效果,提升学生专业知识掌握度,提高教学满意度,值得推广。 Objective To analyze the implementation value of integrating emotional regulation self-efficacy in nursing teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 71 students of obstetrics and gynecology nursing from 2 classes in 2021 were selected,and class 1 was included in the control group(35 students),and the traditional teaching method was adopted.Class 2 was included in the observation group(36 students),and self-efficacy of emotion regulation was taught.The test results,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of prenatal examination,perineal cleaning,cervical medicine and breastfeeding in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of emotion regulation ability,mastery of emotion regulation methods,learning interest and knowledge self-summary ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 94.44%higher than that of the control group(77.14%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating emotional self-efficacy into nursing teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can improve teaching effect,enhance students'mastery of professional knowledge and improve teaching satisfaction,which is worth popularizing.
