细节管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of detail management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management

目的探讨妇产科护理管理中采用细节管理的应用效果。方法选取100例妇产科患者,将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者采用常规管理,观察组患者采用细节管理。比较两组患者的护理满意度、护理不良事件发生情况。结果观察组的护理满意度为96.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理不良事件总发生率为2.00%,明显低于对照组的16.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理管理过程中应用细节管理方式,能够有效提升患者护理满意度,并降低不良事件发生率,在临床中具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of detail management in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 10o cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases each.Patients in the control group received routine management,and patients in the observation group received detailed management.The nursing satisfaction and the occurrence of adverse nursing events were compared between the two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detail management in the process of nursing management in obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve patients'nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of adverse events,which has high clinical applicationvalue.
