摘要
在冶炼过程中,需要依据亚铁含量来控制焦炭的供给量。在亚铁含量的检测中,传统的重铬酸钾滴定法需要较长的时间才能测得亚铁含量。文章使用Phen—HF—H2SO4为溶剂溶解试样,采用重铬酸钾滴定法对亚铁含量进行检测。结果表明:与传统的重铬酸钾滴定法相比,使用Phen—HF—H2SO4为溶剂能够降低溶样温度,提高检测的可重复性。
In the smelting process,it is necessary to control the supply of coke based on ferrous content.However,there are still problems in the detection of ferrous content.The traditional potassium dichromate titration method takes a long time to measure the ferrous content.In this paper,Phen-HF-H 2SO 4 was used as the solvent to dissolve the specimen,and potassium dichromate titration was used to detect the ferrous iron content.The results show that compared with the traditional potassium dichromate titration method,the use of Phen-HF-H 2SO 4 as the solvent can reduce the dissolution temperature and improve the reproducibility of the detection.
