摘要
在线人工抽查测量钢板长度和宽度影响生产效率,长宽公差控制不稳定。通过采用多普勒测速仪进行长度测量,采用线激光与视觉检测技术结合实现板料的宽度测量,采用多线机构光源和工业相机对钢板进行实时监测,根据钢板边缘的坐标变化完成对钢板的侧滑修正及歪斜识别校正,形成一套能够对钢板实际长宽尺寸进行在线测量系统,并将测量数据与读取的喷印机数据进行比对,将超差信息发至工艺控制。实现生产质量控制过程自动化和质量数据的可追溯性,及时发现钢板实际长宽信息与喷码信息不符的现象,防止钢板长宽尺寸质量争议的发生。
The length and width of steel plate measured by on-line manual spot check affect the production efficiency,and the tolerance control of length and width is unstable.By using Doppler velocimeter for length measurement,using line laser and visual inspection technology to achieve plate width measurement,using multi-line light source and industrial camera for real-time monitoring of steel plate,according to the coordinate change of the steel plate edge,the side slip correction and the skew identification correction of the steel plate are completed,and a set of on-line measurement system for the actual length and width of the steel plate is formed,the measured data are compared with the read data of the jet printer,and the out-of-tolerance information is sent to the process control.By this way,it realizes the automation of production quality control process and the traceability of quality data,and finds out the discrepancy between the actual length and width of steel plate and the spurt code information in time,and prevents the quality dispute of the length and width of steel plate.
