7000系铝合金热变形行为综述

Review on hot deformation behavior of 7000 series aluminum alloys

摘要 7000系铝合金具有良好的热加工性、耐腐蚀性和韧性,可通过热处理进行强化,属于高强度铝合金,广泛应用于飞机和汽车结构件中。超高强铝合金在高温塑性加工成形的过程中,动态回复与动态再结晶受到应变速率、变形温度以及变形程度等工艺参数的影响。本文总结了近年来7000系铝合金热成形的研究成果,重点总结应变速率和变形温度对其流变应力的影响,及热变形后微观组织的演变机理,并对7000系铝合金加工技术的发展趋势进行了展望。 7000 series aluminum alloys have good hot working property,corrosion resistance and toughness,which can be strengthened by heat treatment.Their are high-strength aluminum alloys and are widely used in aircraft and automobile structural parts.During the hightemperature plastic forming process of ultra-high strength aluminum alloy,dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallization are influenced by process parameters such as strain rate,deformation temperature and deformation degree.This article summarizes the research results of hot forming of 7000 series aluminum alloys in recent years,focusing on the effects of strain rate and deformation temperature on their flow stress,as well as the evolution mechanism of microstructure after hot deformation.It also looks forward to the development trend of processing technology for the 7000 series aluminum alloys.
