富血小板血浆用于口腔种植骨再生效果分析

Effect of Platelet-Rich Plasma for Oral Implant Bone Regeneration

目的分析富血小板血浆用于口腔种植骨再生中的效果。方法选择医院2020年2月至2021年12月收治的口腔种植骨再生患者96例,采用抽签法分为对照组和治疗组,各48例。对照组患者行人工骨粉植骨术,治疗组患者在此基础上加用富血小板血浆。两组患者均治疗12周。结果治疗4,8,12周后,治疗组患者的新生骨密度和骨结合率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者骨吸收发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论富血小板血浆用于口腔种植骨再生中能有效提升患者治疗总有效率、种植体新生骨骨密度水平、骨结合率,降低骨吸收率。

Objective To analyze the effect of platelet-rich plasma for oral implant bone regeneration.Methods Ninety-six patients with oral implant bone regeneration admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the traditional group and the treatment group by computerized lottery method,with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the traditional group underwent bone grafting with artificial bone powder,and platelet-rich plasma was added to patients in the treatment group on this basis.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Results After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the new bone mineral density and bone union rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The incidence of bone resorption in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05),and the overall effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Platelet-rich plasma used for oral implant bone regeneration can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment,the level of bone mineral density of new implant bone,the rate of osseointegration,and reduce the rate of bone resorption.
