抗精神病药物辅助治疗老年心脑血管疾病临床观察

Clinical Observation of Antipsychotic Drugs in the Adjuvant Treatment of Elderly Patients with Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases

目的探讨抗精神病药物辅助治疗老年心脑血管疾病的临床疗效。方法选取重庆市第十一人民医院2021年1月至2022年2月收治的老年心脑血管疾病患者92例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各46例。观察组患者予抗精神病药物辅助治疗,对照组患者予常规治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良事件发生率、不良反应发生率,以及心率、血压的变化。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);脑梗死后呃逆、心性哮喘、急性左心衰竭发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);乏力、食欲不振、头痛、偏瘫、脑疝等不良事件的发生率与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗前后的心率和血压水平与对照组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论抗精神病药物辅助治疗老年心脑血管疾病的临床疗效良好,可调节患者的心率和血压水平,减少不良事件的发生,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of antipsychotic drugs in the adjuvant treatment of elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases admitted to the Chongqing 11th People's Hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the randomized number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with antipsychotic drugs,while the patients in the control group were treated routinely.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse events,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the changes of heart rate and blood pressure were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficacy rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of post-cerebral infarction eruption,cardiac asthma,and acute left heart failure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse events such as fatigue,loss of appetite,headache,hemiplegia,and cerebral herniation in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate and blood pressure levels between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment.Conclusion Antipsychotic drugs in the adjuvant treatment of elderly cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases has a good clinical effect,which can regulate the patient's heart rate and blood pressure levels,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and have high safety.
