护理干预用于氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压并高血脂效果分析

Effect Analysis of Nursing Intervention on the Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia Treated with Amlodipine Besilate and Atorvastatin Calcium

目的探讨护理干预对实施氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙治疗方案的高血压并高血脂患者的效果。方法选择医院2021年1月至6月收治的高血压并高血脂患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗方案,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合护理干预,均连续治疗30 d。结果观察组患者总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。观察组患者收缩压、舒张压、胆固醇、三酰甘油均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压并高血脂方案基础上联合护理干预能显著提高疗效,降低患者血压和血脂水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia treated with Amlodipine Besilate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets.Methods Sixty patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia admitted to the hospital from January to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Amlodipine Besilate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,on this basis,the observation group was given nursing interventions.Both groups were given continuous treatment for 30 d.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,cholesterol,and triglyceride levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention combined with Amlodipine Besilate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia can significantly improve the efficacy,reduce blood pressure and lipid levels in patients.
