饮食管理联合药物治疗妊娠期糖尿病临床观察

Clinical Observation of Diet Management Combined with Drugs in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨饮食管理联合药物治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年6月至2022年3月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者112例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各56例。观察组患者予常规饮食干预和药物,对照组予饮食管理和药物。结果观察组患者治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);妊娠高血压、产后出血、巨大儿、羊水过多、产后感染并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组早产发生率无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组剖宫产、难产、新生儿窒息发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者接受系统化饮食管理联合药物治疗能有效控制血糖水平,改善不良妊娠结局。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of diet management combined with drugs in the treatment of diabetes mellitus in pregnancy.Methods A total of 112 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 56 cases in each group.The observation group received routine dietary intervention and medication,while the control group received dietary management and medication.Results The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,triacylglycerol,and total cholesterol levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as pregnancy induced hypertension,postpartum hemorrhage,macrosomia,polyhydramnios,and postpartum infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of premature birth between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of cesarean section,dystocia,and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gestational diabetes who receive systematic diet management combined with medication can effectively control the blood sugar level and improve the adverse pregnancy outcome.
