摘要
目的探讨盐酸多奈哌齐治疗脑梗死所致认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年10月至2021年10月收治的脑梗死所致认知功能障碍患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用盐酸多奈哌齐口服。两组患者均连续治疗3个月。结果观察组患者的总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分为(27.85±1.02)分,显著高于对照组的(23.52±0.89)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的白细胞介素6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率与对照组相当(5.00%比7.50%,P>0.05)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐治疗脑梗死所致认知功能障碍的临床疗效较好,可改善患者的认知功能和血清炎性因子水平,且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction caused by cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with cognitive dysfunction caused by cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,and the patients in the study group were given donepezil hydrochloride orally on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for three months.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)score in the study group was(27.85±1.02)points,which was significantly higher than(23.52±0.89)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was comparable to that in the control group(5.00%vs.7.50%,P>0.05).Conclusion Donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction caused by cerebral infarction has good clinical efficacy and safety,which can improve the cognitive function and serum inflammatory factor level of the patients.
