阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年10月至2021年12月收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者80例,按奇偶法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组患者均给予β受体阻滞剂、他汀类、硝酸酯类药物,心电监护,吸氧,卧床休息等常规治疗,在此基础上给予阿司匹林肠溶片口服,观察组患者加服硫酸氢氯吡格雷片。两组均治疗1个月。结果治疗后,观察组患者心绞痛发作频率明显少于对照组,单次持续时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者症状总有效率及心电图总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(2.50%比7.50%,P>0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛,可明显减少发作频率及单次持续时间,改善症状疗效及心电图疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods A total of 80 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the odd-even method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were givenβ-blockers,statins,nitrates,cardiac monitoring,oxygen,bed rest and other routine treatments,and Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets orally,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets orally.Both groups were treated for 1 month.Results After treatment,the frequency of angina attacks in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the duration of a single attack was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of symptoms and the total effective rate of electrocardiogram in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was comparable between the observation and control groups(2.50%vs.7.50%,P>0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris can significantly reduce the frequency and duration of episodes,improve the symptomatic efficacy and electrocardiographic efficacy.
