腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术对卵巢功能和创伤指标的影响

Effect of Laparoscopic Myomectomy on Ovarian Function and Trauma Indicators

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术对卵巢功能和创伤指标的影响。方法选取医院妇科2018年4月至2021年4月收治的腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者80例,按随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组患者行普通开放性手术,试验组患者在腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术。结果试验组患者卵巢功能达标率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者创伤指标如焦虑指数、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(F)、心率(HR)水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术对卵巢功能的保护作用明显,同时可显著改善对患者的创伤指标的影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy on ovarian function and trauma indicators.Methods A total of 80 patients underwent laparoscopic myomectomy admitted to the gynecology department of the hospital from April 2018 to April 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the test group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group underwent regular open surgery,while the test group underwent laparoscopic myomectomy.Results The standard-reaching rate of ovarian function in the test group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the trauma indicators such as anxiety index,adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),cortisol(F),and heart rate(HR)levels in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy has a significant protective effect on ovarian function,and can significantly improve the trauma indicators of patients.
