循证护理用于肺癌化学治疗患者效果评价

Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing for Lung Cancer Patients Treated with Chemotherapy

目的探讨循证护理在肺癌化学治疗(简称化疗)患者中的应用效果。方法选取医院2021年7月至2022年7月收治的肺癌化疗患者82例,根据入院单双号分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者予循证护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的总有效率为92.68%,显著高于对照组的73.17%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理质量各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的各项并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在肺癌化疗患者中的应用效果良好,可改善患者的负性情绪和生活质量,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing for lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy.Methods A total of 82 lung cancer patients treated with chemotherapy admitted to the hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group based on admission records,with 41 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine care,while the patients in the observation group were given the evidence–based nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.68%,which was significantly higher than 73.17%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)scores in the two groups significantly increased,and the scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of various complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in lung cancer chemotherapy patients has shown good results,which can improve their negative emotions and quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
