规范化护理用于经食道超声心动图检查效果评价

Effect of Standardized Nursing in Transesophageal Echocardiography Examination

目的探讨规范化护理在经食道超声心动图检查中的应用效果。方法选取医院2019年7月至2020年6月收治的行经食道超声心动图检查患者572例,按照电脑随机法分为对照组和研究组,各286例。对照组患者接受常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上接受规范化护理措施。结果研究组的综合满意度为95.80%,显著高于对照组的89.86%;综合有效率为94.76%,显著高于对照组的89.16%;不良反应发生率为6.99%,显著低于对照组的10.84%(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者的疼痛、抑郁、焦虑评分均显著低于对照组。结论规范化护理应用于经食道超声心动图检查,可提升综合有效率和综合满意度,降低不良反应发生率,并减轻患者的疼痛和抑郁、焦虑情绪。

Objective To investigate the application effect of standardized nursing in transesophageal echocardiography examination.Methods A total of 572 patients undergoing transesophageal echocardiography examination admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by the computer random method,with 286 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,on this basis,the study group received standardized nursing.Results The overall satisfaction in the study group was 95.80%,which was significantly higher than 89.86%in the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive effective rate in the study group was 94.76%,which was significantly higher than 89.16%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.99%,which was significantly lower than 10.84%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain,depression,and anxiety scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion The application of standardized nursing in transesophageal echocardiography examination can improve overall effective rate and satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and alleviate patients'pain,depression,and anxiety.
