肠内营养护理小组在降低神经内科重症患者误吸风险中的作用

Effect of Enteral Nutrition Nursing Team on Reducing the Risk of Mis-Aspiration of Critically Ill Patients in Neurology

目的分析肠内营养护理小组干预对降低神经内科重症患者误吸风险的作用。方法选取医院2021年4月至10月收治的实施护理干预的神经内科重症患者80例,按抽签法分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予鼻饲护理,试验组由肠内营养护理小组开展护理干预,分析护理效果。结果试验组的误吸率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),营养状况较对照组好(P<0.05),并发症发生率和病死率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肠内营养护理小组对神经内科重症患者行护理干预,可降低误吸风险,减少并发症,维护其生命安全,作用良好。

Objective To analyze the effect of enteral nutrition nursing group intervention on reducing the risk of mis-aspiration of critically ill patients in neurology.Methods A total of 80 critically ill patients in the neurology department admitted to the hospital from April to October 2021 given nursing intervention were selected and divided into the control group and the test group by lottery method.The control group received nasal feeding nursing,while the test group received nursing intervention from an enteral nutrition nursing group.The nursing effect was analyzed.Results The mis-aspiration rate in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the nutritional status was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications and mortality rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The enteral nutrition nursing team's nursing intervention for critically ill patients in neurology is effective,which can reduce the risk of mis-aspiration,reduce complications,maintain their life safety.
