失效模式与效果分析用于胸外科患者术后管道维护效果研究

摘要 目的探讨失效模式与效果分析在胸外科患者术后管道维护中的应用效果。方法选取医院胸外科2020年9月至2022年3月收治的接受术后管道维护的患者88例,对其开展失效模式与效果分析。对患者进行全方位的风险筛查,从中查找出可能对胸外科术后管道维护及操作进程中存在的潜在风险因子和失效模块,并通过公式计算风险数值(RPN)。开展多维度分析,制订胸外科患者术后管道维护与操作的规范化流程,并对其临床成效进行后续观察。结果失效模式和效果分析应用后,胸外科患者在术后管道操作及维护流程中的RPN均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论失效模式与效果分析应用于胸外科患者术后管道维护,能提高管道管理成效,减少管道维护风险事件的发生,提高患者满意度。 Objective To investigate the application effect of failure mode and effect analysis in postoperative pipeline maintenance of thoracic surgery patients.Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent postoperative pipeline maintenance in the thoracic surgery department of the hospital from September 2020 to March 2022 were selected for failure mode and effect analysis.The comprehensive risk screening on patients was conducted to identify potential risk factors and failure modules that might affect the maintenance and operation process of postoperative pipelines in thoracic surgery,and the risk priority number(RPN)was calculated through formulas.Multidimensional analysis was conducted.Standardized procedures for postoperative pipeline maintenance and operation in thoracic surgery patients were formulated,and the follow-up observation on the clinical effectiveness was conducted.Results After the application of failure mode and effect analysis,the RPN of thoracic surgery patients in postoperative pipeline operation and maintenance process significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of failure mode and effect analysis in postoperative pipeline maintenance of thoracic surgery patients can improve the effectiveness of pipeline management,reduce the occurrence of pipeline maintenance risk events,and improve patients'satisfaction.
