强化健康教育用于门诊妊娠并阴道炎患者护理效果观察

Application Effect of Strengthening Health Education in the Nursing of Outpatients with Pregnancy and Vaginitis

目的分析强化健康教育在门诊妊娠并阴道炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取医院门诊2019年11月至2020年12月收治的妊娠并阴道炎患者70例,按随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施强化健康教育。结果观察组健康知识认知评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为97.14%,显著高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05);观察组阴道炎复发率为5.71%,显著低于对照组的22.86%(P<0.05)。结论对在门诊就诊的妊娠并阴道炎患者采取强化健康教育干预,可提高认知水平和患者满意度,有效降低阴道炎复发率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of strengthening health education in the nursing of outpatients with pregnancy and vaginitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with pregnancy complicated with vaginitis admitted to the outpatient department of the hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine nursing intervention,while the patients in the observation group were given the strengthened health education.Results The scores of health knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 82.86%in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of vaginitis in the observation group was 5.71%,which was significantly lower than 22.86%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening health education interventions for pregnant women with vaginitis who seek treatment in outpatient clinics is beneficial for improving their cognitive level,increasing patient satisfaction,and effectively reducing the recurrence rate of vaginitis.
