不同化疗阶段乳腺癌患者的生活质量及其影响因素分析

Life Quality and Its Influencing Factors in Patients with Breast Cancer at Different Stages of Chemotherapy

目的探讨不同化疗阶段乳腺癌患者的生活质量及其影响因素。方法选取医院2019年3月至2021年3月收治的接受乳腺癌化疗的患者80例。采用生命质量测定量表评价患者乳腺癌术后1个月内(T_(1))、完成一半化疗疗程(T_(2))、最后1次化疗后1周内(T_(3))的生活质量;采用医院自行设计的调查表分析影响乳腺癌患者化疗末期生活质量的因素。结果T_(2)、T_(3)期乳腺癌患者的生活质量评分分别为(97.16±13.65)分、(105.62±15.17)分,均显著高于T1期的(91.67±12.58)分。化疗药物、手术方式、职业状态是乳腺癌患者化疗末期生活质量的影响因素。结论不同化疗阶段的乳腺癌患者的生活质量不同,化疗末期患者的生活质量最高;影响因素有化疗药物、手术方式、职业状态。医务人员要密切关注患者的身体情况,在不同时期给予针对性的治疗方案,促进康复,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the life quality and its influencing factors in patients with breast cancer at different stages of chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients who received chemotherapy for breast cancer from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected.The life quality of patients with breast cancer within one month(T_(1))after surgery,half of the chemotherapy course(T_(2)),and one week(T_(3))after the last chemotherapy were evaluated by the quality of life scale.The influencing factors of the quality of life of breast cancer patients at the end of chemotherapy were analyzed by the self-designed questionnaires.Results The life quality scores of patients with breast cancer at stages T_(2) and T_(3) were(97.16±13.65)points and(105.62±15.17)points,which were significantly higher than(91.67±12.58)points at the T_(1) stage.Chemotherapy drugs,surgical methods and occupational status were the influencing factors of life quality of breast cancer patients at the end of chemotherapy.Conclusion The life quality of breast cancer patients at different stages of chemotherapy is different,and the life quality of patients at the end of chemotherapy is the highest.The influencing factors include chemotherapy drugs,surgical methods,and occupational status.Medical staff should closely monitor the physical condition of patients,provide targeted treatment plans at different stages to promote rehabilitation,and improve the life quality of patients.
