精神科青少年患者住院体验与需求的质性研究

Experience and Needs of Adolescent Psychiatric Inpatient:A Qualitative Study

目的探索精神科青少年患者住院的体验和需求,为改善患者就医体验提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法选取2021年1月至2021年9月珠海市某精神专科医院住院的青少年为研究对象,对其进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈内容进行归纳并提炼主题。结果提炼出3个主题:被动参与治疗、住院是逐步适应的过程、对疗效的评价有差异。结论医护人员应尊重精神科青少年住院患者的自主性,以提高治疗的配合度,同时临床工作者应帮助患者发展支持性关系,构建“青少年友好型”住院服务。

Objective To explore the experience and needs of adolescent psychiatric patients in hospital,and to provide evidence for improving their medical experience.Methods Adolescents hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital in Zhuhai from January 2021 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects by the objective sampling method.Semi-structured interviews were conducted on them,and the contents of the interviews were summarized and themes were extracted by the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results Three themes were extracted:passive participation in treatment,hospitalization is a process of gradual adaptation,differences in the evaluation of efficacy.Conclusions Medical staff should respect the autonomy of adolescent inpatients in psychiatric department to improve the degree of cooperation in treatment,and clinical staff should help patients develop supportive relationships and build"adolescent-friendly"inpatient services.
