全程护理干预在小儿急性喘息性支气管炎雾化治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Whole-course Nursing Intervention in Atomization Therapy of Children with Acute Asthmatic Bronchitis

目的探究全程护理干预在小儿急性喘息性支气管炎雾化治疗中的应用效果。方法纳入我院2018年1月至2020年2月80例小儿急性喘息性支气管炎雾化治疗患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上接受全程护理干预。比较两组患儿症状消失时间、患儿依从性、家长满意度。结果观察组患儿咳嗽消失时间、雾化天数、气喘消失时间、咳痰消失时间短于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患儿依从性为95.0%,高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度为97.5%,高于对照组的85.0%(P<0.05)。结论在小儿急性喘息性支气管炎雾化治疗中应用全程护理干预可以提高其依从性,促进其症状快速消失,提升家属满意程度。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course nursing intervention in the atomization treatment of acute asthmatic bronchitis in children.Methods From January 2018 to February 2020,80 pediatric patients with acute asthmatic bronchitis were selected as the subjects of this study,and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received whole-course nursing intervention on this basis.The time of symptom disappearance,compliance and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough,atomization days,asthma and sputum in observation group were shorter than those in control group(all P<0.05).Compliance in observation group was 95.0%,higher than 77.5%in control group(P<0.05).Family satisfaction in observation group was 97.5%,higher than 85.0%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of whole-course nursing intervention in the atomization treatment of acute asthmatic bronchitis in children can improve their compliance,promote the rapid disappearance of symptoms,and enhance the satisfaction of family members.
