全面护理干预在真菌性阴道炎治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Fungal Vaginitis

目的探讨并分析全面护理干预在真菌性阴道炎治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院妇科收治的真菌性阴道炎患者96例展开研究,所有患者均为2021年10月至2022年9月期间接收的,根据随机数字表法将患者分为接受全面护理的观察组(n=48)与接受常规护理的对照组(n=48),比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组患者白带分泌异常情况、阴道瘙痒、灼烧感、疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量各维度的评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度95.83%高于对照组护理满意度75.00%(P<0.05)。结论对于真菌性阴道炎患者,应用全面护理干预能够取得更好的治疗效果,患者的临床症状有所减轻,生活质量更好,且患者对于护理的满意度更高。

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of fungal vaginitis.Methods The 96 patients with fungal vaginitis admitted to the gynecology department of our hospital were selected for the study.All patients were admitted between October 2021 and September 2022.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into an observation group receiving comprehensive care(n=48)and a control group receiving routine care(n=48),and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the abnormal secretion of vaginal discharge,vaginal itching,burning sensation,and pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of various dimensions of quality of life were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 95.83%higher than that of the control group,which was 75.00%(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with fungal vaginitis,comprehensive nursing intervention can achieve better treatment results,alleviate clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,and increase patient satisfaction with nursing.
