综合护理对鼻窦炎及鼻息肉内镜手术患者术后的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Care on the Postoperative Period in Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Surgery for Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的分析综合护理对鼻窦炎及鼻息肉内镜手术患者术后的影响。方法纳入2021年3月至2023年3月于上饶市人民医院治疗的鼻窦炎及鼻息肉内镜手术患者84例,随机分为对照组(常规护理)和试验组(综合护理),两组各42例。对比两组的负性情绪、鼻腔鼻窦功能、疼痛程度、睡眠质量及并发症发生率。结果干预后,试验组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组鼻腔鼻窦功能、疼痛、睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对鼻窦炎及鼻息肉内镜手术患者实施综合护理可舒缓负性情绪,减轻疼痛程度,改善睡眠质量,优化鼻腔鼻窦功能,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive care on the postoperative period of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyp endoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyp endoscopic surgery treated in Shangrao People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were included and randomly divided into the control group(routine care)and the experimental group(comprehensive care),with 42 cases in each group.Negative emotions,nasal sinus function,pain level,sleep quality and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of nasal sinus function,pain,and sleep quality of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);and the complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of comprehensive care for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyp endoscopic surgery can relieve negative emotions,reduce pain,improve sleep quality,optimize nasal sinus function,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
