人文关怀护理在青光眼合并白内障患者术后疼痛护理中的应用与效果评价

The Effect of Humanistic Care in the Postoperative Pain Care of Patients with Glaucoma Combined with Cataracts

目的探讨人文关怀护理对青光眼合并白内障患者术后疼痛评分、心理应激及护理满意度的影响。方法以随机抽签法将2022年1月至2023年1月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的100例青光眼合并白内障患者分为两组(n=50),对照组和观察组分别施以常规护理和人文关怀护理。比较两组干预前后的眼部指标、疼痛情况(VAS评分)、心理状态(SAS、SDS评分)、护理满意度。结果干预后,与对照组相比较,观察组视力水平提高,眼压、前房深度降低(P<0.05);两组VAS、SAS、SDS评分下降,且与对照组相比较,观察组VAS、SAS、SDS评分较低(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,观察组护理总满意度较高(96.00%vs.84.00%,P<0.05)。结论对青光眼合并白内障手术患者给予人文关怀护理,能有效促进患者缓解疼痛,且有利于减轻患者心理应激,提高护理满意度水平。

Objective To explore the impact of humanistic care on postoperative pain scores,psychological stress,and nursing satisfaction in patients with glaucoma and cataract.Methods A total of 100 patients with glaucoma and cataract admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups(n=50),with the control group and the observation group receiving routine care and humanistic care,respectively.Compare the eye indicators,pain status(VAS score),psychological status(SAS,SDS score),and nursing satisfaction between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group showed an improvement in visual acuity and a decrease in intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth(P<0.05);the VAS,SAS,and SDS scores of the two groups decreased,and compared with the control group,the VAS,SAS,and SDS scores of the observation group were lower(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher overall nursing satisfaction rate(96.00%vs.84.00%,P<0.05).Conclusions Providing humanistic care to patients undergoing glaucoma combined with cataract surgery can effectively promote pain relief,alleviate psychological stress,and improve nursing satisfaction.
