基于风险评估的分层干预模式用于老年髋关节置换患者术后干预中的效果

Effect of Stratified Intervention Model Based on Risk Assessment in Postoperative Intervention of Elderly Hip Replacement Patients

目的分析在老年髋关节置换术患者术后采用基于风险评估的分层干预模式的效果。方法选取2020年5月至2022年4月在都昌县第二人民医院接受髋关节置换术的40例老年患者,以随机分组法将符合纳入标准的患者分入对照组与观察组,每组20例。对照组执行常规治疗方案,观察组执行基于风险评估的分层干预模式。观察并比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果髋关节评分对比显示,护理前两组评分结果差异不明显(P>0.05),护理后观察组评分结果高于对照组(P<0.05);抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分对比显示,护理前,两组SDS、SAS评分差异不明显(P>0.05),护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率结果显示观察组发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于风险评估的分层干预模式应用于老年髋关节置换术中,可有效改善患者的髋关节功能,优化患者的不良心理状况,将患者术后并发症率控制在一定范围,对于促进患者术后康复具有积极的作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of stratified intervention based on risk assessment Hip replacement surgery in the elderly.Methods There were forty patients receiving hip arthroplasty in Duchang Second People's Hospital from May 2020 to April 2022 were selected,and the patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided into observation and control groups in an irregular manner,20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received stratified intervention based on risk assessment.The clinical nursing effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The comparison of hip joint scores showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of stratified intervention mode based on risk assessment in the elderly hip replacement can effectively improve the hip function of patients,optimize the adverse psychological status of patients,control the rate of postoperative complications within a certain range,and play a positive role in promoting the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
