儿童肠重复囊肿的影像学表现及临床研究现状

Imaging manifestations and clinical research status of Enteric Duplication Cysts in children

目的:探讨儿童肠重复囊肿(EDCs)的影像学表现及临床应用现状。方法:收集2017年1月—2023年7月江南大学附属儿童医院经术后病理证实的15例儿童肠重复囊肿患儿的影像学资料,并回顾相关研究文献,总结儿童肠重复囊肿的特征。结果:15例患儿均经B超检查,均为厚壁囊肿样包块,部分囊内回声浑浊。内部无回声7例,内部见絮状回声8例;囊壁内可见彩色血流信号6例,周边见彩色血流信号3例,未见明显彩色血流信号6例。长轴声像囊壁呈类肠管样囊性扩张,短轴囊壁可见“双环征”。11例患儿经CT检查,其中7例平扫,4例增强。均为单房囊性肿块影,囊内低密度,其中球状7例,管状3例,多发1例;4例增强均可见增强囊内无强化,囊壁均匀强化。结论:影像学检查在诊断肠重复畸形方面起着重要的作用,可以帮助确定肠重复畸形的位置、大小、类型、内部结构、与正常肠道之间的关系等信息,并可以发现可能存在的并发症或相关异常。

Objective Explore the imaging manifestations and clinical application status of enteric duplication cysts in children.Methods The imaging data of 15 children with pediatric repetitive cysts confirmed by postoperative pathology in the Children's Hospital of Jiangnan University from January 2017 to July 2023 were collected,and the relevant research literature was reviewed to summarize the characteristics of pediatric repetitive cysts.Results All 15 children underwent B-ultrasound examination and were found to have thick walled cystic masses,with some of the echoes inside the cysts being cloudy.7 cases had no internal echoes,and 8 cases had flocculent echoes inside;Color blood flow signals were observed in 6 cases within the capsule wall,3 cases in the periphery,and 6 cases without obvious color blood flow signals.The long axis ultrasound image shows a cystic dilation resembling a enteric tube,while the short axis cyst wall shows a"double ring sign".Eleven children underwent CT examination,including 7 plain scans and 4 enhanced scans.They are all single chamber cystic masses with low density within the cyst,including 7 cases of spherical shape,3 cases of tubular shape,and 1 case of multiple lesions;All 4 cases of enhancement showed no enhancement within the enhancement capsule,and the capsule wall was uniformly enhanced.Conclusions Imaging examination plays an important role in the diagnosis of enteric duplication,helping to determine the location,size,type,internal structure,and relationship with normal intestines of enteric duplication,and discovering possible complications or related abnormalities.
