On the Centenary Construction of the International Image of the Communist Party of China

中国共产党的国际形象是中共形象的重要组成部分。中国共产党成立一百多年来,始终高度重视国际形象建设,通过加强党的建设,领导中国革命、建设、改革取得历史性成就,不断提升中国综合实力与国际地位,同时积极开展对外传播,中国共产党良好国际形象得以确立,也赢得了国际社会的赞誉。中国共产党国际形象建设经历了四个历史阶段,加强自身国际形象建设的自觉性不断增强,领导国际形象建设的体制机制更加健全,国际形象得到进一步改善,国际传播能力显著增强,中国共产党国际形象的学科体系、学术体系、话语体系初步形成。在此基础上,也积累了丰富的经验,包括始终把引领塑造良好国际形象放在党的工作的重要位置,始终不忘初心、牢记使命,筑牢中国共产党国际形象的根基,始终坚持“自塑”与“他塑”相统一,开展积极的国际形象塑造工作,始终坚持提高党的国际传播能力,始终坚持回应回击各种错误思潮影响等。

The international image is an important part of the image of the Communist Party of China(CPC).For more than 100 years since its establishment,the CPC has always attached great significance to the construction of its international image.By strengthening its own construction,the CPC has led China’s revolution,construction and reform to make historic achievements,constantly enhanced China’s comprehensive strength and international status,and actively carried out international communication.A favorable international image has been established and won recognition from the international community.The construction of the international image has gone through four historical stages,including the increasing awareness of strengthening the image construction,perfecting the system and mechanism of image construction,improving the international image,enhancing international communication capabilities and initially building the disciplinary system,the academic system,and the discourse system of the international image.On such basis,the CPC has also accumulated extensive experience,for example,always prioritizing shaping a good international image,keeping in mind the original mission and building the foundation of the international image,adhering to the unity of“self-shaping”and“other shaping,”improving the Party’s international communication capabilities and constantly responding to various erroneous ideological influences.
