海外视域下中国式现代化的辩证审视

Dialectical Examination of Chinese Path to Modernization from the Overseas Perspective

党的二十大以来,越来越多的海外学者、智库高度关注中国式现代化问题。中国式现代化内涵十分丰富,具有深远的国际价值。本文从多个维度系统梳理了近年来海外学者对中国式现代化的关注认知,并对海外学者的代表性观点进行了辩证审视。部分海外学者以“旁观者”身份客观公正地研究中国式现代化,提出了许多中肯的见解,对于阐释中国学理、提升中国形象起到了非常有益的作用,但受研究动机、文化差异、研究方法局限等因素的影响,有的研究在视角和观点方面出现了一定的偏颇、不实,甚至是恶意歪曲。加快构建中国式现代化话语体系,要敢于和善于打破西方的“话语陷阱”,更好向世界讲好中国故事,为民族复兴提供话语支撑。

Since the 20th National Congress of the CPC,an increasing number of overseas scholars and think tanks have started to pay close attention to Chinese path to modernization.The connotation of Chinese modernization is extremely rich and has far-reaching international value.This paper systematically combs overseas scholars’awareness of Chinese path to modernization in recent years from multiple dimensions and dialectically examines the views of overseas scholars.A number of overseas scholars have objectively and impartially studied Chinese path to modernization as“bystanders”and put forward many pertinent opinions,which have played a highly helpful role in explaining Chinese philosophy and improving the image of China.However,due to research motivation,cultural differences,limitations of research methods and other factors,some studies have been biased,untrue,or even maliciously distorted in perspective.To accelerate the construction of the discourse system of Chinese path to modernization,we should have the courage and be adept at breaking the“discourse trap”of the West,tell the world the story of China,and provide discourse support for national rejuvenation.
