数字化能力、知识管理与企业创新绩效——来自科技型中小企业的经验证据

Digital Capabilities,Knowledge Management and Firms’Innovation Performance:Evidence from Technology-Based SMEs

数字经济时代,通过数字化建设赋能企业创新是科技型中小企业持续发展的必然选择。数字化能力作为企业数字化建设发挥效能的关键,其量化方法与作用规律均处于探索初期。本文基于对260家科技型中小企业的调查,在合理量化和测量企业数字化能力的基础上,明晰了科技型中小企业数字化能力对创新绩效的作用路径,揭示并检验了知识管理的中介效应及知识惯性的调节效应。研究结果表明,企业数字化能力对创新绩效有显著直接的正向影响,并能通过知识管理间接影响创新绩效,但知识惯性的存在弱化了数字化能力对知识管理和创新绩效的正向促进作用,这些可以为企业深化数字化建设、充分发挥其积极效能提供依据。

In the era of the digital economy,enabling enterprises to innovate through digital construction is an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of technology-based SMEs.As the key to the effectiveness of firms’digital construction,digital capabilities are still in the early stages of exploration in terms of quantitative methods and role patterns.Based on a survey of 260 technology-based SMEs,this article reasonably quantifies and measures the firms’digital capabilities,clarifies the path of digital capabilities of technology-based SMEs on innovation performance,and reveals the mediating effect of knowledge management and the moderating effect of knowledge inertia.The research results show that digital capabilities have a significant and direct positive impact on firms’innovation performance,as well as an indirect positive impact on firms’innovation performance through knowledge management.However,the existence of knowledge inertia weakens the positive promotion of digital capability on knowledge management and innovation performance.The research results provide a basis for technology-based SMEs to deepen their digital construction and fully utilize the positive effects of digitalization.
