智造时代,劳动力市场技能需求日益呈现出内容更新化、结构复合化、组合灵活化、层级知识化等新特点。如何顺应这一变革趋势,培养符合劳动力市场需求的技能人才,是职业教育人才培养亟须关注的问题。在分析智造时代技能培养面临的挑战的基础上,建议强化顶层设计,将技能培养置于国家竞争力的地位考量;施行多元共治,构建政校企多主体协同育人模式;强化技能预测,有效对接劳动力市场需求;补足技能短板,重点培育智造时代急需的技能要素。

In the era of intelligent manufacturing,the skill requirements in the labor market is increasingly showing new characteristics,such as content updating,structure compounding,flexible combination and hierarchical knowledge.How to adapt to this changing trend and cultivate skilled talents that meets the needs of the labor market is an urgent issue for vocational education personnel training.On the basis of analyzing the challenges faced by skill training in the era of intelligent manufacturing,it is suggested to strengthen the top-level design and put skill training in the position of national competitiveness;implement multiple co-governance and build a multi-agent collaborative education model of government,school and enterprise;strengthen skill prediction and effectively meet the demand of labor market;make up for the shortage of skills and focus on cultivating the skills elements urgently needed in the era of intelligent manufacturing.
