摘要
在数字时代,制度环境、关键技术和学生特质都发生了很大的变化,驱使商科教育转型升级。驱动商科教育场景升级的内因是商科教育供需矛盾,外因是商科教育模式的重新定位。借鉴商业场景中的人货场三要素,确定数字时代商科教育场景重构的三要素是基于价值升华的幸福人、基于价值创造的优质货、基于价值传递的温暖场。商科教育场景重构路径是基于个体成长重构人效、基于学习需求重构品效、基于学习绩效重构场效。
In the digital age,the institutional environment,key technologies and student characteristics have all changed greatly,driving the transformation and upgrading of business education.The internal cause driving the upgrading of business education scene is the contradiction between supply and demand of business education,and the external cause is the repositioning of business education mode.Drawing on the three elements of people,goods,field in commercial scenes,the three elements of commercial education scene reconstruction in the digital age are happy people based on value sublimation,high quality goods based on value creation and warm field based on value transmission.The reconstruction path of business education scenario is reconstructing human effect based on learning needs and field effect based on learning performance.
