地理职业规划教育现状与实施路径探究——以石家庄市高中地理职业规划教育现状为例

摘要 通过对石家庄市51所高中教师的问卷调查,揭示石家庄市高中地理职业规划教育现状,并提出有针对性的实施路径。研究表明:石家庄市高中地理职业规划教育存在诸多问题;建议石家庄市教育局给予政策和资金支持、组织编写职业规划教材与课程标准,高中应建立专门的部门、研发和开设职业规划课程体系、选择针对性教材、进行宣传工作,地理教师应丰富职业规划知识、编写地理职业规划教育手册、组织地理职业规划体验和主题班会、建立评价机制。 Through the questionnaire survey of 51 senior high school teachers in Shijiazhuang,this paper reveals the current situation of geography career education in senior high schools in Shijiazhuang,and puts forward the targeted implementation path.Research shows that there are many problems in senior high school geography career education in Shijiazhuang.Shijiazhuang Education Bureau shall provide policy support,financial support and organize the preparation of career planning courses and curriculum standards;senior high schools should establish special departments,develop and set up career planning curriculum system,select targeted teaching materials and carry out publicity work;teachers’career planning and experience mechanism should be established,and teachers’career planning and professional evaluation mechanism should be organized.
