高校高素质人才教育路径探索——以高校助力乡村人才振兴教育为例

Exploring the Education Path of High-Quality Talents in Colleges and Universities:Taking Colleges and Universities to Help Rural Talents Revitalize Education as an Example

“三农”问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题,“三农”工作是全面推进乡村振兴的重中之重,人才振兴关系着国家社会整体发展。高校作为高素质人才的集散地,具有丰富的科教资源,起着科研创新和人才培养的社会功能。高校助力乡村人才振兴具有天然优势,这对乡村高质量发展起着重要作用。然而目前,乡村振兴面临着高素质人才持续流失、剩余劳动力内生动力不足,以及基础教育发展的问题,亟待解决。对此,高校可发挥自身优势,一定程度上满足当地乡村的发展需求,利用自身丰富的教育资源,有针对性地为乡村人才振兴建设培养输送相关人才,对乡村现有劳动力进行培训和优化乡村基础教育体系。这将有利于加快推进我国全面建成社会主义现代化强国,实现第二个百年奋斗目标。

“Agriculture,rural areas and farmers”is deeply related to our national economy and people’s livelihood and making rural revitalization is an important task for the whole party in the future.Talent revitalization involved in the overall development of our country and society can push forward the progress of rural revitalization.Furthermore,as the center of high-quality talents,universities possess rich scientific and educational resources and thus play a social function of scientific research and talent training.Universities have natural advantages in rural talent revitalization,which plays an important role in the high-quality development of rural areas.At present,the rural revitalization is facing the problems of continuous loss of high-quality talents,insufficient endogenous power of surplus labor force,and the retarded development of basic education,which need to be solved very urgently.In this regard,universities can employ their own advantages to meet the development needs of local villages to a certain extent,where universities can make full use of their rich educational resources to cultivate and transport relevant talents for the rural revitalization,train the rural labor force,and improve the rural basic education system.This commitment will do good to accelerating the building of China into a powerful modern socialist country and achieving the goals of the“two centenaries”.
