Economic crime has become an inevitable social problem in the process of social development.Undoubtedly,to effectively prevent and combat economic crimes has become an important guarantee for the sound development of national economy and economic security.An economic crime organization is a complex adaptive structure.Its complex structures,criminal subjects'specialized acts and adaptive characteristics,nonlinear relationships between the criminal subjects,and the self-organization functions have enhanced its adaptability to the environment and the viability.According to Ashby's law,in order to effectively and precisely prevent and combat an economic criminal organization,it is imperative to construct a more complex co-governance system on the basis of accurately knowing its organizational structure and evolution law.
