摘要
终身学习和心理韧性都强调了个体的主观能动性和应对困境时有能力获得自我成长。警察职业风险持续贯穿其整个职业生涯,尤其需要终身学习理念下的心理韧性培养。鉴于警察心理韧性有其影响因素与干预训练的复杂性和多样性,提出以保护性因素为支点、以干预训练为手段提升警察心理韧性,从系统性、终身性、主动性和个性化的培养原则,探索基于终身教育与终身学习、横向层面与纵向层面、组织层面与个体层面的警察心理韧性培养实施路径。
Lifelong learning and resilience both emphasize an individual's subjective initiative and the ability to grow when coping with difficult situations.As the risks associated with police officers'profession last throughout their career,it is especially necessary for them to develop resilience under the concept of lifelong learning.Considering the factors may influence police officers'resilience,and the intervention training has complexity and diversity,this study proposes to take protective factors as the fulcrum and intervention training as the measure to improve police officers'resilience.Based on discussions on systematic,lifelong,proactive and individualized principles for the resilience training,this study attempts to explore implementation paths for police officers'resilience training from lifelong education and lifelong learning,horizontal level and vertical level,organizational level and individual level.
