火把花根片治疗慢性肾脏病的临床应用研究进展

Progress of Clinical Application of Huobahuagen Tablet in the Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease

火把花根片是以卫茅科雷公藤属植物昆明山海棠的根部为原料加工制成的中药制剂,临床应用证明其有抗炎、免疫抑制等功效,其在类激素作用的基础上具有不良反应小、药效高的优势,目前主要应用于类风湿关节炎、红斑狼疮的临床治疗。但近年来有文献表明该药亦可应用于肾脏疾病,且取得了较好的临床疗效。本文从慢性肾脏病湿、热、瘀等病因病机论述,结合临床应用及近20年的文献报道,对火把花根片治疗慢性肾脏病的临床应用进展进行综述。

Huobahuagen tablet is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation made from the root of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.Kunming Shanhaitang.Clinical application proves that it has anti-inflammatory and immuno-suppressive effects.Huobahuagen tablet has the advantages of less adverse reactions and higher efficiency on the basis of hormone-like effects,which is mainly used in the clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and lupus erythematosus.However,in recent years,literature have shown that the drug can also be applied to kidney disease,and achieved significant clinical efficacy.In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease,such as dampness,heat and stasis are discussed.Combined with clinical application and literature reports in the past two decades,the clinical application progress of Huobahuagen tablet in the treatment of chronic kidney disease is reviewed.
