miR-155在树突状细胞免疫调节中的研究进展

摘要 微RNA(miRNA)是一类小的单链非编码RNA,可通过抑制信使RNA(mRNA)的翻译或促进mRNA的降解调节转录后靶基因的表达。miR-155是一种多功能miRNA,参与肿瘤的发生、发展、炎症、移植免疫耐受及自身免疫性疾病调控等。在小鼠、大鼠、恒河猴等实验动物的基因组中亦存在miRNA同源基因,其中miR-155与免疫系统密切相关,在活化的树突状细胞、B细胞、T细胞、单核/巨噬细胞中普遍高表达。因此,深入研究miR-155在树突状细胞免疫调节中的作用,可以为相关疾病的治疗提供新思路。 MicroRNA(miRNA)are a class of small single-stranded non-coding RNA that regulate the expression of post-transcriptional target genes by inhibiting the translation of messenger RNA(mRNA)or promoting the degradation of mRNA.As a subclass of miRNA,miR-155 is a multifunctional miRNA,which plays an important role in the regulation of tumor genesis,development,inflammation,transplantation immune tolerance,and autoimmune diseases.There are also miRNA homologues in the genome of common laboratory animals such as mice,rats and rhesus monkeys,and their miR-155s are closely related to immune system,found to be universally highly expressed in various activated dendritic cell,B cells,T cells and monocytes/macrophages.Therefore,in-depth research on the role of miR-155 in dentritic cell immune regulation can provide new ideas for the treatment of related diseases.
