转移性胰腺癌的手术治疗进展

Advances in Surgical Treatment of Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer

胰腺癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,其恶性程度高,发病率和死亡率呈逐年上升趋势。由于疾病的隐匿性,大多胰腺癌患者在诊断时已出现远处转移,从而限制了该人群的手术机会。目前化疗是转移性胰腺癌的一线治疗方案,随着技术和理念的不断发展,部分医疗中心开始尝试对转移性胰腺癌患者行胰腺癌根治性切除、射频消融和不可逆电穿孔等手术治疗,这在一定程度上延长了患者的生存时间。因此,未来应进一步探究手术治疗在转移性胰腺癌患者中的应用,并期望能够改善患者的生存预后。

Pancreatic carcinoma is a common malignant tumor of digestive tract,with a high degree of malignancy,the incidence and mortality of which are increasing year by year.Due to its insidious nature,most pancreatic carcinoma patients have already developed distant metastases at the time of diagnosis,which limits their opportunities for surgery.Chemotherapy is currently the first-line treatment for metastatic pancreatic cancer.With the continuous development of technology and conception,some medical centers have attempted surgery treatment(radical resection of pancreatic cancer,radiofrequency ablation,irreversible electroporation etc.)for patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer,which has to some extent extended the survival time of the patients.Therefore,the application of surgery in patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer should be further explored in the future,in order to improve the survival prognosis of the patients.
